45-beta1 (2018-09-21)
Change the language a show will be added in from add dialog.
Remove 'Preferred content language' setting. Shows that never had a language set will default to English instead.
Shows added from discover sub-sections (popular, recommended, watched, collection and watchlist) skipping the add dialog are added in the language search is set to (or alternative language if set to any language).
If a show title is not translated get show title and description in the fall back language. This mirrors existing behavior for episodes.
Potential fixes for crashes with dialogs, in calendar view and during background processing.
