[Bot] Referrer Browser

Referrer Browser is a simple web-browser, mainly used for manipulating the referring website to any referrer of your choice.

I know it doesn't have many features yet, and the design could be worked on, this is the basic program as-is, updates will be released over the coming days/weeks, as with all my programs.
